1. The Service

KechGo, operated by MerzougaWay ("we", "us", "our"), provides private airport transfer services in and around Marrakech, Morocco. By booking a transfer, you ("the passenger") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are made via WhatsApp (+212 675 203 319), email (hello@kechgo.com), or through our website. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from KechGo. Verbal agreements are not binding.

When booking, you must provide accurate information including: passenger name, pickup address, destination, date and time, and flight number (for airport pickups).

3. Pricing

All prices are fixed and quoted in Euros (EUR). The quoted price includes:

  • Door-to-door transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle
  • Meet & greet service at arrivals (airport pickups)
  • Flight tracking and automatic adjustment for delays (airport pickups)
  • Luggage assistance
  • Complimentary water
  • 60 minutes free waiting time (airport pickups)

Prices do not include gratuities, which are at the passenger's discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (EUR, MAD, USD, GBP), by bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment is due upon arrival at the destination unless otherwise agreed. Advance payment may be required for certain bookings.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a charge of up to 50% of the transfer price.
  • No-show: If the passenger cannot be located within 60 minutes of the agreed pickup time (airport) or 15 minutes (other locations), the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full price may be charged.
  • Modifications: Changes to booking details (time, date, destination) must be communicated as early as possible. We will accommodate modifications subject to vehicle availability.

6. Flight Delays

KechGo tracks all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time. There is no additional charge for flight delays of any duration. You must notify us if your flight is cancelled or if you miss your flight.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Being ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Informing KechGo of any changes to travel plans as soon as possible
  • Ensuring the number of passengers and luggage items does not exceed the booked vehicle's capacity
  • The behaviour of all passengers during the journey

8. Vehicle Capacity

Standard sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers with standard luggage. SUVs accommodate up to 5–6 passengers. Minivans accommodate up to 7–9 passengers. If your group exceeds a vehicle's capacity, you must book an appropriate larger vehicle or multiple vehicles.

9. Liability

KechGo carries full commercial vehicle insurance as required by Moroccan law. In the event of an accident, liability is governed by Moroccan law and the terms of our insurer.

KechGo is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road closures, or force majeure events
  • Missed flights where the passenger provided incorrect or insufficient time for the journey
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the price paid for the transfer.

10. Complaints

Any complaint must be raised with the driver at the time of service or communicated to us in writing within 48 hours of the transfer. We will respond within 5 business days. Contact: hello@kechgo.com

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
